KOJAIN Mini-Sammelan 2009
On Sunday, our mini sammelan will start
at 11:00 AM. We plan to end at 2:00 PM.
KOJAIN has made
arrangements with JAINA for your Lunch on July 5, 2009
Please note that KOJAIN
registration is necessary for every one intending to attend KOJAIN Sammelan
including those who are attending JAINA Sammelan. Thank you.
KOJAIN Cost: $ 5/person - (Children under 5 free).

One of the items planned
is to recognize “Talented young Kachchhi children and young adults”. (a) The
young Kachchhis can be from age 3 to age 35 (b)
He/She must have one Kachchhi Oswal parent (c) Selection of the young adult
will be governed by the decision of the committee of the following committee
members: Vijay Chheda, Navin Dedhia and Kalyanji Mota, and Dami Rambhia (d)
About 10 minutes of time will be given to each selected individual to perform
or make presentation of his/her talent. The committee will select three
youngsters from all submissions received prior to the closing date.
One other item planned
for this mini sammelan is about “New entrepreneurs”. We wish to give platform to four
individuals – 20 minutes each - to explain their project individual of
entrepreneurship. They will present and discuss their ideas to the
audience. Please come
forward and discuss your ideas to the members of selection committee. Contact
via email or phone. Following is their contact information.
Please inform all four
members of the selection committee, by email, any special talent your child
has, for the committee to consider recognizing him or her in the presence of all
Kachchhis.. Please describe in one page the
special talent your child has and submit your description as soon as possible
but no later than June 20,
2009.. We shall select three top
candidates. The decision of
the selection committee will be final.

We request all Kachchhi
Oswals planning to attend JAINA convention to come and attend this Kachchhi
gathering (KOJAIN mini sammelan) on Sunday, July 5, 2009. We always encourage
every one to participate in JAINA convention. Those unable to attend JAINA convention
may register for KOJAIN mini sammelan to be held on Sunday, July 5, 2009.Thank you.
